This Purchase Order is issued by Thailand Bangkok Meteorological Services Co., Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Meteorologist for a period of six (6) months. The Meteorologist shall provide comprehensive meteorological consulting, forecasting, and climate analysis services to support the operational and strategic needs of the company and its clients across the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area and surrounding provinces.

The Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following deliverables:

1. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The Meteorologist must confirm acceptance in writing to the procurement department of Thailand Bangkok Meteorological Services Co., Ltd. prior to commencing any services.
2. The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand, including but not limited to the Meteorological Act B.E. 2554 (2011) and the regulations issued by the Thai Meteorological Department governing the practice of meteorology in Thailand Bangkok and nationwide.
3. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the designated service location in Thailand Bangkok unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. Travel to secondary observation sites within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region shall be at the Meteorologist's own expense; travel outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Region shall be reimbursed at actual cost with prior written approval.
4. The Meteorologist warrants that all forecasts, analyses, and reports delivered under this Purchase Order shall be based on scientifically sound methodologies, up-to-date data from the Thai Meteorological Department, and internationally recognized meteorological standards.
5. Payment shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (TBM-2025-00472) and shall be submitted at the end of each calendar month or upon completion of each deliverable, whichever is earlier.
6. The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of services.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Meteorologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and all proprietary data and reports shall be delivered to Thailand Bangkok Meteorological Services Co., Ltd.
8. All intellectual property, data, reports, and analyses produced under this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of Thailand Bangkok Meteorological Services Co., Ltd. The Meteorologist shall not reproduce, distribute, or publish any such materials without prior written consent.
9. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute. The governing law shall be the law of the Kingdom of Thailand.
10. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Meteorologist services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

This Purchase Order is authorized and issued by the undersigned on behalf of Thailand Bangkok Meteorological Services Co., Ltd. The Meteorologist's acceptance of this Purchase Order shall constitute a binding agreement to perform the services described herein under the stated terms and conditions.
