All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the China Guangzhou Regional Military Logistics Office at the address specified in Section 1. The supplier shall coordinate delivery with the receiving Military Officer no fewer than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery is required no later than 30 June 2025. Upon receipt, the designated Military Officer or his authorized delegate shall inspect all items against the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Any non-conforming items must be replaced or credited within ten (10) business days at the supplier's sole expense.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement instrument issued under the authority of the Military Officer named in Section 1, acting pursuant to the China Guangzhou Garrison Command procurement regulations (Order No. CGZ-PROC-2024-009).
All equipment and materials procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for the use of the authorized Military Officer and his direct operational staff within the China Guangzhou operational theatre. Diversion, resale, or transfer to unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2 within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of written acceptance by the Military Officer. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.05% per calendar day.
The supplier warrants that all items comply with applicable national standards of the People's Republic of China and meet the performance specifications referenced in this Purchase Order. A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all electronic and mechanical components.
Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity of the Military Officer, the nature of the procured items, and the operational context within China Guangzhou, is classified as "For Official Use Only." The supplier shall not disclose any portion of this document to third parties without prior written consent from the issuing Military Officer.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation between the Military Officer's office and the supplier. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the People's Court of Tianhe District, China Guangzhou, for adjudication.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any amendments must be executed in writing and signed by both the Military Officer and the authorized representative of the supplier.

NOTE: This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the China Guangzhou garrison procurement protocol. The Military Officer retains full authority to modify, suspend, or cancel this Purchase Order at any time prior to final acceptance of goods. All communications regarding this Purchase Order must be directed through the secure channels listed in Section 1.
