5. Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the undersigned Military Officer, Colonel Marco De Santis, acting on behalf of the Comando Militare Esercito Napoli, Italy Naples. All procurement actions are governed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and applicable NATO procurement directives.
- Delivery of all items listed in Section 4 shall be made to the Naples Garrison Logistics Depot, Via San Carlo 120, 80132 Napoli (NA), Italy, no later than 01 August 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total contract value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- All equipment must comply with NATO interoperability standards and Italian Army technical specifications. The Military Officer responsible for acceptance testing shall conduct a full inspection within 15 business days of delivery. Non-conforming items must be replaced at the supplier's expense within 10 business days.
- Payment terms: Net 60 days from the date of accepted delivery and issuance of the official invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the supplier. The Purchase Order number PO-NAP-2025-0417 must be referenced on all invoices.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum 24-month warranty is required on all electronic and mechanical items. Warranty service must be available within the Italy Naples metropolitan area or within a 48-hour response window.
