All services and goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered, installed, and made operational at the designated Kazakhstan Almaty military installation, specifically the 3rd Mechanized Infantry Brigade headquarters located at 77 Satpayev Street, Almaty, 050020, Kazakhstan. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance (if applicable for imported components), and on-site installation within the Kazakhstan Almaty jurisdiction. The Military Officer for whom this procurement is intended shall be present for all acceptance inspections and training sessions conducted in Kazakhstan Almaty.
4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the applicable military procurement regulations issued by the Ministry of Defense. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Kazakhstan Almaty City Court of General Jurisdiction.
4.2 The supplier warrants that all equipment and services conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and meet the quality standards required for a commissioned Military Officer of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan. All body armor and protective equipment must carry valid Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense certification.
4.3 The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit and during the installation period within the Kazakhstan Almaty area. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of delivery.
4.4 Payment shall be processed in tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-KZ-MOD-2025-04782) and shall be submitted to the Kazakhstan Almaty procurement office no later than five (5) business days following completion of each deliverable.
4.5 The supplier acknowledges that the Military Officer named under this Purchase Order is subject to the Military Service Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All training and equipment provided under this Purchase Order are classified as state property and shall not be transferred, sold, or removed from the Kazakhstan Almaty military district without written authorization from the Ministry of Defense.
4.6 The supplier shall comply with all data protection and security protocols applicable to military personnel in Kazakhstan Almaty. No personal data of the Military Officer shall be disclosed to third parties.
Upon delivery of all items and completion of all training modules, a joint acceptance inspection shall be conducted by a representative of the Ministry of Defense and the designated Military Officer at the Kazakhstan Almaty brigade headquarters. A written Acceptance Certificate must be signed by both parties before this Purchase Order is considered fully executed. Any deficiencies identified during inspection must be rectified by the supplier within ten (10) business days at no additional cost.
This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Any amendments, modifications, or extensions to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties and filed with the Kazakhstan Almaty procurement registry. Verbal agreements or informal communications shall not constitute a valid amendment to this Purchase Order.
