This Purchase Order is issued by the Directorate of Military Procurement, Ministry of Defence, Qatar Doha, to authorize the acquisition of standardized uniform components, personal equipment, and field accessories required for the commissioning and operational readiness of a Military Officer assigned to the 3rd Infantry Brigade, Al Rayyan Garrison, Qatar Doha. All items listed herein shall conform to the specifications outlined in the Qatar Armed Forces Uniform and Equipment Manual (QAF-UEM, 2024 Edition) and shall be delivered to the designated Military Officer's unit within the timeframe specified in Section 6 of this Purchase Order.

All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the 3rd Infantry Brigade Quartermaster Store, Al Rayyan Military District, Qatar Doha, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 0800 and 1600 local time. The designated Military Officer or an authorized unit representative shall inspect all items upon receipt and sign the Delivery Acceptance Certificate. Any item found to be non-conforming with the stated specifications shall be rejected and replaced at the supplier's expense within five (5) working days. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs associated with delivery within the Qatar Doha metropolitan area.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via government bank transfer to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of full and satisfactory acceptance of all delivered items. The payment shall be processed through the Ministry of Finance, Qatar Doha, under budget line MOD-EQP-2025-0341. No interest shall accrue on timely payments. Late payments beyond the stipulated period shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar government procurement regulations.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Government Procurement Law (Law No. 18 of 2023).
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the Qatar Doha delivery point.
- Any modification to the scope, quantity, or specifications of this Purchase Order requires a written amendment signed by both the authorized Military Officer representative and the supplier's contracting officer.
- The supplier shall comply with all Qatar Armed Forces security protocols during delivery, including prior notification to the garrison security office in Qatar Doha at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Qatar Armed Forces Internal Arbitration Board before any external legal proceedings are initiated.
- The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of this Purchase Order without prior written approval from the Directorate of Military Procurement, Qatar Doha.
- All documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of conformity, shall be submitted in both Arabic and English.
