4. Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery Location: Quartermaster Depot, Quartier 11, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. All items shall be delivered to the receiving office of the undersigned Military Officer or his designated logistics representative at the Zurich garrison.
Delivery Deadline: All line items must be delivered no later than 15 August 2025. Partial deliveries are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by the purchasing Military Officer.
Acceptance: The Swiss Armed Forces, Military Region Zurich, reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing within ten (10) business days of delivery. Non-conforming items must be replaced or repaired at the vendor's sole expense within fifteen (15) business days of notification.
5. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days following written acceptance of the delivered goods by the purchasing Military Officer. The payment shall be processed through the Federal Accounting Office in Bern, Switzerland, under budget line CH-ARM-ZRH-LOG-2025. No interest shall accrue on payments made within the stipulated period. Late payments beyond the thirty-day window shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).
6. Terms and Conditions
6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation and the Federal Procurement Act (BVG). All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Federal Administrative Court in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
6.2 The vendor warrants that all goods supplied are new, free from defects, and fully compliant with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and applicable Swiss Armed Forces technical standards.
6.3 The vendor shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the Zurich delivery location. Risk of loss transfers to the Swiss Armed Forces upon written acceptance.
6.4 This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
6.5 The vendor shall comply with all applicable Swiss data protection regulations (DSG) and shall not disclose any operational details, quantities, or specifications contained in this document to any third party without prior written consent from the issuing Military Officer.
6.6 Cancellation: The Swiss Armed Forces, Military Region Zurich, reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the vendor shall be compensated for non-cancellable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, subject to verification by the purchasing Military Officer.
7. Authorisation and Signatures
This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the undersigned Military Officer, acting as the authorised procurement representative for the Swiss Armed Forces, Military Region Zurich. By signing below, the vendor acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein.
