Terms and Conditions

1. This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable Department of Defense procurement directives. All goods and services shall be delivered to the designated receiving facility in Miami, Florida, United States, no later than the delivery deadline stated above.

2. The Military Officer identified as the Procurement Liaison, Major Daniel R. Whitfield, is the authorized representative of the United States Army for acceptance of all items listed herein. No item shall be considered accepted until inspected and signed for by the designated Military Officer or his authorized delegate at the Miami garrison facility.

3. All items must comply with current U.S. Army uniform regulations (AR 670-1) and equipment standards. The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of no less than two (2) years from the date of delivery in United States Miami.

4. Payment shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and written acceptance by the Military Officer. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Prompt Payment Act.

5. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with packaging, shipping, insurance, and delivery to the Miami, Florida, United States receiving location. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer only upon written acceptance by the Military Officer.

6. This Purchase Order is subject to the terms of the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA No. W91CRB-24-C-0087) between the United States Army and Sentinel Defense Supply Co., LLC. In the event of a conflict between this Purchase Order and the BOA, the terms of this Purchase Order shall prevail.

7. The supplier acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are intended for official use by a Military Officer of the United States Armed Forces stationed in Miami, Florida, and shall not be resold, transferred, or diverted to any unauthorized party.

8. Any modifications, cancellations, or changes to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized Military Officer and the supplier's contracting representative. Verbal agreements are expressly void.

NOTES: This Purchase Order is specifically for the equipping of a Military Officer (Rank O-4, Major) newly assigned to the Joint Interagency Task Force South garrison in Miami, Florida, United States. All items are to be delivered to the Quartermaster Store, Building 4, 1000 NW 42nd Street, Miami, FL 33142. The Military Officer, Major Whitfield, will conduct a full inspection upon delivery. The supplier is requested to provide a packing list and certificate of conformance with each shipment. Given the tropical climate of United States Miami, all textile items must be rated for high-humidity environments.
