This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Entertainment & Events LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Harmony Arts Performance Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") for the engagement of a professional Musician and associated performance services in Qatar Doha. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations related to the Musician's live performance at the Buyer's corporate gala event scheduled to take place at the Doha Corniche Amphitheatre on 28 June 2025. The Musician engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for delivering a live musical performance of no less than ninety (90) minutes, including a soundcheck and rehearsal period of two (2) hours prior to the main event.

3.1 This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be governed by the Qatar Civil and Commercial Code. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.

3.2 The Musician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid work permit or freelance visa issued by the Ministry of Labour of Qatar. The Vendor shall confirm in writing, no later than 18 June 2025, that the Musician's immigration and work authorization status is fully compliant with Qatar Doha regulations.

3.3 The Vendor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance covering the Musician and all equipment against personal injury, property damage, and public liability for the duration of the event in Qatar Doha. A copy of the insurance certificate shall be submitted to the Buyer prior to the event date.

3.4 Cancellation Policy: The Buyer may cancel this Purchase Order without penalty up to fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days shall incur a 25% fee of the total Purchase Order value. Cancellations within seven (7) days shall incur a 50% fee. The Vendor may cancel with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days' written notice; failure to do so shall entitle the Buyer to a full refund of any advance payments made.

3.5 The Musician shall adhere to all cultural and legal guidelines applicable to public performances in Qatar Doha, including but not limited to content restrictions, dress code requirements, and noise regulations enforced by the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

3.6 All intellectual property rights in the Musician's original compositions performed under this Purchase Order remain with the Musician. The Buyer is granted a one-time, non-exclusive license to record the live performance for internal corporate use only. No public distribution, streaming, or broadcast of the recording is permitted without prior written consent from the Musician.

3.7 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Vendor's designated account in Qatar Doha within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

The Musician shall perform a program consisting of classical, contemporary, and Middle Eastern fusion pieces as outlined in the approved setlist. The Musician is expected to demonstrate professional proficiency on the grand piano and auxiliary percussion. The performance shall be suitable for a corporate audience of approximately 350 attendees. The Musician shall coordinate directly with the Buyer's event producer, Mr. Khalid Al-Mansoori (Tel: +974-5566-7788), for all logistical matters in Qatar Doha.

This Purchase Order is valid upon signature by both parties. By signing below, the Vendor acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all obligations described herein for the Musician's engagement in Qatar Doha.

This Purchase Order (PO-2025-QD-00487) is a binding commercial document. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department of Al Rayyan Entertainment & Events LLC, Doha, Qatar.
