This Purchase Order is issued by Colombo Cultural Events & Productions (Pvt) Ltd. to formally engage the Musician, Mr. Tharindu Wickramasinghe and his Sri Lankan Heritage Ensemble, for a series of live performance engagements, recording sessions, and cultural demonstration events to be held in Sri Lanka Colombo during the period of July 2025 through September 2025. The Musician shall provide professional musical performance services in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and the attached Statement of Work.

Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Musician within seven (7) calendar days of the date of issue. The Musician must return a signed copy of this Purchase Order to the Purchasing Party to confirm acceptance of all terms.
Performance Schedule: The Musician shall adhere strictly to the performance schedule outlined in the attached Statement of Work. All events are to be conducted in Sri Lanka Colombo unless otherwise specified in writing by the Purchasing Party.
Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment (LKR 851,960) shall be made within ten (10) business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 60% balance (LKR 1,277,940) shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the final performance date, subject to satisfactory completion of all deliverables.
Musician Obligations: The Musician shall provide all necessary musical instruments, equipment, and attire for performances. The Musician shall ensure that all ensemble members are professionally trained, insured, and in good health. The Musician shall comply with all local regulations of Sri Lanka Colombo regarding public performances and noise ordinances.
Intellectual Property: All recordings made during the sessions specified in this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of Colombo Cultural Events & Productions (Pvt) Ltd. The Musician grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license for the use of the recorded material in promotional and commercial contexts within Sri Lanka Colombo and internationally.
Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Cancellation by the Purchasing Party within fourteen (14) days of a scheduled event shall incur a 50% penalty on the value of the cancelled service. Cancellation by the Musician within fourteen (14) days of a scheduled event shall require full refund of any advance payment received.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order if such failure is caused by natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided that the affected party notifies the other within forty-eight (48) hours.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the financial terms, performance details, and any proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order.
Insurance: The Musician shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of LKR 10,000,000 for all performances held in Sri Lanka Colombo. Proof of insurance shall be provided prior to the first engagement.

All services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered at the following primary location: Galle Face International Convention Centre, Galle Road, Sri Lanka Colombo, 00300, Sri Lanka. Additional performance venues within Sri Lanka Colombo will be communicated in writing no fewer than seven (7) days prior to each event. The Musician is responsible for arriving at the venue no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled start time for soundcheck and preparation.
