The Musician engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for live musical performances, sound arrangement, and cultural musical presentations that reflect the rich musical heritage of the Sudanese region, including traditional oud, tar, and percussion performances alongside contemporary arrangements.

The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full engagement of the Musician, including rehearsal time, performance delivery, equipment coordination, and post-event sound recording delivery. All services shall be rendered within the geographic boundaries of Sudan Khartoum, with primary venues located in the El-Mahamdia, Omdurman, and Khartoum North districts.

Payment for all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Musician service provider. The payment schedule is as follows:

• Advance Payment (40%): SDG 208,000 shall be disbursed within five (5) business days of the formal acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
• Interim Payment (35%): SDG 182,000 shall be paid upon completion of the Khartoum Cultural Festival performance and the two Corporate Gala events in Omdurman.
• Final Payment (25%): SDG 130,000 shall be paid within ten (10) business days following the delivery of all audio recordings, the completion of the community workshops, and the final broadcast composition project.

All payments are subject to the terms outlined in the master service agreement between the parties. Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date.

• The Musician shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Sudan, including the Sudanese Ministry of Culture and Information guidelines for public performances in Sudan Khartoum.
• The Musician is responsible for providing all personal musical instruments, including but not limited to oud, tar, frame drums, and any auxiliary equipment required for the performances specified in this Purchase Order.
• The Buyer shall provide stage setup, amplification systems, microphones, and a dedicated sound engineer at each venue within Sudan Khartoum.
• Any cancellation of a scheduled event by the Buyer must be communicated in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations within fourteen days shall result in a 50% fee being charged to the Buyer for the Musician's reserved time.
• The Musician shall not subcontract any portion of the performance obligations under this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Buyer.
• All intellectual property rights in compositions created specifically for the Sudan Khartoum Radio broadcast project (Item 04) shall be transferred to the Buyer upon full payment of the final installment.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Khartoum, Sudan, before escalation to the competent courts of Sudan Khartoum.
• The Musician shall maintain valid professional liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the written signature of both the authorized representative of the Buyer and the authorized representative of the Musician service provider. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, pricing, and schedules set forth in this Purchase Order for the provision of Musician services in Sudan Khartoum.
