This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Events & Entertainment Services Ltd. to formally request the professional services of a contracted Musician for the Istanbul International Cultural Gala 2025, to be held in Turkey Istanbul. The Musician shall provide live musical performance services in accordance with the specifications outlined below. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to the Turkish Labour Law (Law No. 4857), the Turkish Copyright Law (Law No. 5846), and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's event licensing requirements.
The Musician engaged under this Purchase Order shall be a professionally trained and experienced performer specializing in classical and contemporary Turkish and Western musical repertoire. The Musician is expected to arrive at the Bosphorus Grand Hall venue no later than 16:00 on 28 June 2025 for sound check, rehearsal, and stage setup. The Musician shall remain on-site until the conclusion of the event at 23:30, inclusive of all breaks and intermissions.

- 1. Scope of Work: The Musician shall perform the agreed-upon repertoire as specified in the attached setlist (Appendix A). Any deviation from the approved setlist must be approved in writing by the client's event director prior to the performance.
- 2. Payment: Payment of 50% of the total Purchase Order value (19,440.00 TRY) shall be due upon signing of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% (19,440.00 TRY) shall be paid within 30 calendar days of the successful completion of the event. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Turkey Istanbul.
- 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 14 days prior to the event date shall result in a 25% penalty. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior shall incur a 50% penalty. Cancellation within 7 days of the event date shall result in full payment of the Purchase Order amount.
- 4. Musician Obligations: The Musician shall maintain professional conduct throughout the event, adhere to the venue's safety and fire regulations in Turkey Istanbul, and comply with all instructions from the event production team. The Musician shall not perform any material not included in the approved setlist without prior written consent.
- 5. Intellectual Property: All recordings, photographs, and video footage of the Musician's performance shall be the property of the client. The Musician grants a non-exclusive license for the use of such media for promotional purposes related to the Istanbul International Cultural Gala 2025.
- 6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Istanbul.
- 7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
- 8. Compliance: The supplier warrants that the Musician holds all necessary professional certifications, work permits, and performance licenses valid in Turkey Istanbul. The supplier shall provide proof of such credentials upon request.
