3. Description of Purchase — Nurse Services in Cairo, Egypt
This Purchase Order is issued by the Cairo Metropolitan Health Authority for the procurement of qualified Nurse services to be rendered within the administrative boundaries of Cairo, Egypt. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing supervision of registered Nurses across multiple healthcare facilities located in the Greater Cairo region, including but not limited to the districts of Downtown Cairo, Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City, and Giza-adjacent Cairo zones.
The Nurse services procured under this Purchase Order shall comply with all regulations established by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, the Egyptian Nursing Council, and the applicable labor laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Each Nurse assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a valid license issued by the Egyptian Nursing Council and possess a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in acute care, pediatric care, or community health settings within Egypt.

5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically the Egyptian Civil Code and the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 (as amended). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding Nurse services in Cairo shall be resolved through the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
5.2 The Supplier shall ensure that every Nurse deployed under this Purchase Order maintains current professional registration with the Egyptian Nursing Council and carries valid malpractice insurance coverage as mandated by the Cairo Metropolitan Health Authority.
5.3 Payment terms: Net 45 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted monthly and must reference this Purchase Order number (EG-CAI-2025-04871). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through a licensed Egyptian financial institution.
5.4 The Supplier warrants that all Nurse personnel assigned to facilities in Cairo, Egypt, shall undergo mandatory background checks, health screenings, and competency assessments prior to commencing duties. Failure to meet these requirements shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
5.5 The Supplier shall provide a replacement Nurse within forty-eight (48) hours in the event of absence, resignation, or disciplinary removal of any Nurse assigned under this Purchase Order. The replacement Nurse must meet or exceed the qualifications specified in Section 3.
5.6 All Nurse services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be subject to quality audits conducted quarterly by the Cairo Metropolitan Health Authority's Quality Assurance Division. Audit reports shall be shared with the Supplier within fifteen (15) business days of each assessment.
5.7 The Supplier is responsible for all statutory employer contributions, including but not limited to social insurance premiums payable to the Egyptian Social Insurance Organization, and any applicable withholding taxes as determined by the Egyptian Tax Authority for operations in Cairo.
6. Delivery and Service Commencement
All Nurse services under this Purchase Order shall commence no later than 1 July 2025. The Supplier shall submit a detailed deployment schedule, including the names, qualifications, and assigned facilities of each Nurse, to the Cairo Metropolitan Health Authority no fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the commencement date. All service locations are within the geographic jurisdiction of Cairo, Egypt, as defined by the Ministry of Local Administration.
7. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Nurse services in Cairo, Egypt. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
