The Nurse shall report for duty at the Almaty Regional Medical Center, 15 Abay Avenue, Almaty, Kazakhstan, no later than August 1, 2025. The service period under this Purchase Order shall commence on the date of the Nurse's first shift and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to renewal by mutual written agreement. All work shall be performed within the jurisdiction of Kazakhstan Almaty in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan's Labor Code and the Law on Healthcare.
- Payment shall be made in ten (10) equal monthly installments of 605,920 KZT, due on the last business day of each calendar month, commencing August 31, 2025.
- Payment method: Bank transfer to the account of GlobalMed Staffing Solutions LLP, Kaspi Bank, IBAN: KZ85 9900 0000 1234 5678 90, BIC: KZKAKZKA.
- Any late payment shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any month in which the Nurse fails to meet the minimum attendance and performance standards outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both authorized representatives. It supersedes all prior negotiations, quotations, and correspondence regarding the Nurse placement in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid nursing license recognized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification clinical experience, and demonstrated proficiency in both Kazakh and Russian languages for effective patient communication in the Almaty region.
- The Seller (GlobalMed Staffing Solutions LLP) warrants that the Nurse shall be free from any conflicting employment obligations and shall be fully indemnified against third-party claims arising from the Nurse's professional activities during the contract term.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and the Seller shall facilitate the Nurse's orderly transition and handover of patient records.
- All personal data of the Nurse and patients shall be processed in strict compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" (No. 94-V, 2014). Data storage and transmission shall occur exclusively on servers located within Kazakhstan Almaty or the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation, followed by mediation under the rules of the Almaty Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and, failing resolution, by the competent courts of the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the Nurse staffing engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
