- Scope of Engagement: This Purchase Order authorizes MedStaff Maroc SARL to recruit, vet, and deploy qualified Nurse professionals to Clinique Al Amal Casablanca. All Nurse candidates must possess a valid Infirmier Diplômé d'État (IDE) license recognized by the Moroccan Ministry of Health and must be legally authorized to practice nursing in the Casablanca-Settat region.
- Delivery / Commencement Date: All Nurse positions shall be filled and personnel shall report for duty no later than 01 August 2025. The onboarding training program (Line Item 05) shall commence on 25 July 2025 at the Casablanca facility.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Casablanca. The first invoice shall be issued upon successful completion of the onboarding period. Subsequent invoices shall be issued on the 25th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month.
- Compliance with Moroccan Law: All employment relationships established under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Moroccan Labour Code (Code du Travail), the applicable collective agreements for the healthcare sector in Casablanca, and all regulations issued by the Agence Nationale de la Sécurité Sanitaire des Produits de Santé (ANSSMPS).
- Performance Standards: Each Nurse shall adhere to the clinical protocols, patient care standards, and ethical guidelines established by Clinique Al Amal Casablanca. Failure to meet performance benchmarks after a 30-day probationary period may result in termination of the individual placement without penalty to the Purchasing Entity.
- Confidentiality: All Nurse personnel shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in accordance with Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08) before accessing any patient records or proprietary clinical information at the Casablanca facility.
- Substitution Clause: Should any Nurse be unable to fulfill their contractual obligations due to illness, resignation, or disciplinary action, MedStaff Maroc SARL shall provide a qualified replacement Nurse within 14 calendar days at no additional cost to the Purchasing Entity.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with Moroccan civil and commercial procedure.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. It shall remain in effect for the 12-month contract period specified in Line Items 01 through 03, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement.
