This Purchase Order is issued by Abuja Central Healthcare & Medical Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Nigerian Professional Nursing Recruitment Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement and deployment of a qualified and registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care services at the Buyer's facility located in Nigeria Abuja. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and obligations associated with the engagement of the Nurse for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date of acceptance.

The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Buyer's facility in Nigeria Abuja:

  1. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and clinical interventions to inpatients and outpatients in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) standards of practice.
  2. Monitor patient vital signs, document clinical observations, and report changes in patient condition to the attending physicians and senior nursing staff.
  3. Provide wound care, catheterisation, intravenous therapy, and other routine nursing procedures as directed by the medical team.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with the National Health Act 2014 and data protection regulations applicable in Nigeria Abuja.
  5. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, ward rounds, and quality assurance audits conducted by Abuja Central Healthcare.
  6. Ensure the proper storage, handling, and disposal of medical waste in line with the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) guidelines.
  7. Assist in the orientation and mentoring of newly recruited nursing staff and nursing students on clinical placement at the facility.

The Nurse to be deployed under this Purchase Order must satisfy the following mandatory criteria:

  1. Hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) Practising Certificate, current and in good standing.
  2. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) degree from a recognised institution in Nigeria or an equivalent qualification accepted by NMCN.
  3. Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility in Nigeria, with preference given to candidates who have worked in the Abuja FCT region.
  4. Provide a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and a clean criminal background check from the Nigeria Police Force, Abuja Command.
  5. Submit a current medical fitness certificate issued by a government-approved medical facility in Nigeria Abuja, confirming the Nurse is fit for clinical duty.
  6. Provide at least two (2) professional references from previous employers in the Nigerian healthcare sector.
  1. Payment shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. The Buyer shall not be liable for any payment made to an account other than the one specified in this Purchase Order.
  2. An initial mobilisation payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total, amounting to NGN 1,612,500.00, shall be due within seven (7) working days of the Supplier's written acceptance of this Purchase Order.
  3. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%), amounting to NGN 4,837,500.00, shall be disbursed in three (3) equal quarterly instalments of NGN 1,612,500.00 each, payable on the 1st of the first month of each quarter (January, April, July, and October), subject to satisfactory performance review of the Nurse.
  4. All payments are subject to the deduction of applicable Withholding Tax (WHT) at the rate prescribed by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for services rendered in Nigeria Abuja.
  5. Invoices must be submitted to the Buyer's Accounts Department no later than the 25th of the preceding month. Late invoices will be processed in the following payment cycle.
  1. The Nurse shall report for duty at the Abuja Central Healthcare facility, Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja, no later than 1 September 2025, at 08:00 hours.
  2. The engagement period under this Purchase Order is twelve (12) months, from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
  3. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for services rendered up to the effective date of termination, less any applicable deductions.
  4. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order immediately without notice if the Nurse is found to be unqualified, unlicensed, or engaged in gross professional misconduct, as determined by the NMCN or the Buyer's internal disciplinary committee.
  1. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) local regulations.
  2. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
  3. The Supplier warrants that the Nurse shall be engaged solely for the purposes outlined in this Purchase Order and shall not be sub-contracted or reassigned to any other facility without the prior written consent of the Buyer.
  4. All personal data of the Nurse collected during the recruitment and onboarding process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, 2019.
  5. This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment contract between the Buyer and the Nurse. The Nurse's employment relationship is solely with the Supplier. The Buyer's relationship with the Nurse is one of service engagement under this Purchase Order.
  6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies declared in Nigeria Abuja, shall suspend the obligations under this Purchase Order for the duration of the event.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of the Nurse services in Nigeria Abuja.
