- This Purchase Order is issued by Al Doha Medical Services Group W.L.L. for the recruitment, licensing, and placement of qualified Nurse professionals to serve at its Doha, Qatar hospital campus. All Nurse candidates must hold a valid Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree and must obtain a valid Qatar Private Practice Board (QPBoard) license prior to commencing duties.
- The supplier, Global Health Talent Solutions LLC, shall ensure that every Nurse placed under this Purchase Order meets the minimum clinical experience, certification, and language proficiency requirements specified in the line items above. Failure to meet these criteria shall entitle the buyer to reject the placement without penalty.
- All Nurse placements are subject to the labor laws of the State of Qatar, the Qatar Labor Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended), and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs. The supplier is responsible for processing all work visas, residence permits, and medical fitness clearances in Doha, Qatar.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful completion of QPBoard licensing and visa issuance for all Nurse positions, and 20% upon the Nurse's first day of active duty at the Doha facility. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
- The supplier warrants that all Nurse candidates are free from any contractual or legal encumbrances in their home countries and that all academic credentials, professional licenses, and reference letters are genuine and verifiable. The buyer reserves the right to conduct independent background and credential verification in Qatar Doha or the candidate's country of origin.
- Any Nurse who fails to meet performance standards, fails to maintain a valid QPBoard license, or is found to have provided false documentation shall be subject to immediate termination of the placement. The supplier shall, at its own cost, replace the Nurse within thirty (30) calendar days with a qualified substitute meeting the same criteria.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar, or by arbitration under the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) rules, at the buyer's sole discretion.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance covering all Nurse placements for the duration of the contract. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to the buyer upon request.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until 15 July 2025, unless extended in writing by mutual agreement. No amendments to this Purchase Order shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
