This Purchase Order is issued to procure the services of a qualified and licensed Nurse to be deployed and stationed in Sudan Khartoum to support the ongoing healthcare delivery operations at the Khartoum Central Teaching Hospital and its affiliated satellite clinics. The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Sudan Khartoum healthcare environment:

  • Provide direct patient care in the general medical and surgical wards of Khartoum Central Teaching Hospital, ensuring adherence to evidence-based clinical protocols and the Sudanese national nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document all clinical interventions in the hospital's electronic health record system.
  • Administer prescribed medications, intravenous therapies, and wound care treatments under the supervision of the attending physician, maintaining strict infection control procedures as mandated in Sudan Khartoum.
  • Deliver health education sessions to patients and their families regarding disease management, post-operative care, and preventive health measures relevant to the Sudan Khartoum community.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in both Arabic and English to comply with Sudanese regulatory requirements for medical records in Sudan Khartoum.
  • Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, infection surveillance programs, and emergency response drills as directed by the Khartoum Regional Health Authority.
  • Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance, commencing upon the Nurse's arrival and onboarding in Sudan Khartoum.
  • Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via international wire transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. The first payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Nurse's confirmed start date in Sudan Khartoum. All subsequent payments are due on the first business day of each month.
  • Compliance: The Nurse must hold a valid registration with the Sudanese Nursing and Midwifery Council and possess all necessary work permits and residency documentation for Sudan Khartoum prior to commencing duties.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall facilitate the Nurse's orderly transition and repatriation from Sudan Khartoum at no additional cost to the Purchasing Party.
  • Confidentiality: The Nurse shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient information in accordance with Sudanese data protection laws and the ethical standards of the nursing profession as practiced in Sudan Khartoum.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act. The governing law for this Purchase Order shall be the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Sudan Khartoum.

The Supplier shall ensure that the Nurse is fully deployed and operational in Sudan Khartoum no later than 1 August 2025. All visa arrangements, medical fitness certifications, and professional license verifications required for the Nurse to practice in Sudan Khartoum shall be completed by the Supplier prior to the commencement date. The Purchasing Party shall provide a designated accommodation unit in the Omdurman district of Sudan Khartoum for the duration of the Nurse's assignment.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Nurse services in Sudan Khartoum. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
