This Purchase Order is issued by Atlas Health & Rehabilitation Center, a licensed medical facility operating in Morocco Casablanca, to formally request the recruitment, onboarding, and provision of a qualified Occupational Therapist for a twelve-month contractual engagement. The Occupational Therapist will be assigned to the newly established Pediatric and Adult Rehabilitation Wing located at our primary facility on Boulevard Mohammed V, Casablanca. This Purchase Order governs all financial, operational, and compliance terms associated with the engagement of the Occupational Therapist and the procurement of associated therapeutic equipment and materials required to establish a fully functional occupational therapy practice within our Morocco Casablanca premises.

- Qualification Requirements: The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution in Morocco or an internationally recognized equivalent, and must possess a valid professional license issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Health. Proof of licensure must be submitted prior to the start date.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: 50% (333,180.00 MAD) upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Occupational Therapist, and 50% (333,180.00 MAD) upon completion of the 12-month contract term, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Morocco Casablanca.
- Delivery and Commencement: The Occupational Therapist must be physically present and fully operational at the Atlas Health & Rehabilitation Center facility in Morocco Casablanca no later than 01 August 2025. All equipment and materials listed in Items 03 through 07 must be delivered, installed, and inspected by the same date.
- Compliance: All services and goods procured under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including but not limited to the Moroccan Labor Code, the Code de la Santé Publique, and applicable regulations of the Casablanca urban planning authority regarding facility accessibility.
- Confidentiality: The Occupational Therapist shall be bound by a strict confidentiality agreement regarding all patient records, treatment plans, and proprietary clinical protocols of the Morocco Casablanca facility. This obligation survives the termination of the contract by a period of five (5) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination for cause, the terminating party shall be entitled to a full refund of any pre-paid amounts not yet rendered as services.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- Warranty: All therapeutic equipment and materials procured under this Purchase Order carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. The vendor shall coordinate any warranty claims and replacements within ten (10) business days of notification.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement document for the engagement of the Occupational Therapist and the acquisition of all associated goods and services as described herein. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the Morocco Casablanca engagement.
