Amount in Words: Three Million Four Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pakistani Rupees Only.
1. Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Optometrist's clinic located at F-7/2, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery shall be made between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM on business days.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be paid upon confirmation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of successful delivery, installation, and calibration of all equipment at the Islamabad premises. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Pakistan.
3. Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum of two (2) years comprehensive warranty on all capital equipment. Consumables carry a ninety (90) day replacement warranty. Any Optometrist diagnostic device found defective within the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
4. Compliance: All equipment must comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations and the medical device import guidelines issued by the Islamabad Capital Territory Health Department. The supplier shall provide all necessary import permits, conformity certificates, and registration documents prior to delivery.
5. Training: The supplier shall provide comprehensive on-site training to the Optometrist and clinical staff at the Islamabad facility. Training shall cover operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of all delivered equipment. A minimum of two (2) full-day training sessions are included in this Purchase Order.
6. Cancellation & Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled only by mutual written agreement of both parties. Cancellation after the deposit has been paid shall result in a non-refundable charge of twenty percent (20%) of the total Purchase Order value.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms, pricing, and specifications contained in this Purchase Order. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
