Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days from the date of issue. The supplier, MedOptik Turkey Ltd., must confirm acceptance in writing to Ankara Vision Care Center, the Optometrist practice in Turkey Ankara, within this period.
- All equipment and supplies listed in this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Each medical and optical device must bear a valid CE mark and comply with the Turkish Medical Devices Regulation (Tıbbi Cihaz Yönetmeliği) as enforced by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey.
- Delivery shall be made to the Optometrist clinic premises located in Çankaya District, Ankara, Turkey. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and inspected at the Ankara delivery address.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the supplier's designated account in Turkey within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, provided all items have been received and verified by the Lead Optometrist, Dr. Elif Yılmaz.
- The supplier warrants that all Optometrist-grade diagnostic instruments shall carry a minimum of a two (2) year manufacturer warranty, with on-site service coverage within the Ankara metropolitan area. Spare parts availability must be guaranteed for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of delivery.
- Any discrepancy in quantity, quality, or specification upon delivery must be reported to the supplier within five (5) business days. The supplier shall replace defective or non-conforming items at no additional cost to the Optometrist practice within ten (10) business days of the report.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Ankara, Turkey.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed packing list, commercial invoice, and all relevant conformity certificates (CE, TSE where applicable) alongside the delivery. The Optometrist practice in Turkey Ankara reserves the right to reject any shipment that does not include complete documentation.
- Neither party may assign or transfer this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between Ankara Vision Care Center and MedOptik Turkey Ltd. regarding the procurement of the items described herein.
