Important Note: All orthodontic equipment and materials listed in this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for the use of the Orthodontist practice at Clinique Dentaire d'Abidjan. The supplier is required to ensure that all items comply with the regulatory standards set by the Ivorian Ministry of Health and the Abidjan Dental Board. Certificates of conformity and CE marking documentation must accompany each shipment to the Ivory Coast Abidjan port of entry. The Orthodontist, Dr. Aya Kouassi, will personally inspect all deliveries upon arrival at the Cocody facility.

Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued by Clinique Dentaire d'Abidjan for the procurement of orthodontic supplies and equipment to support the daily clinical operations of the Orthodontist department located in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
The supplier shall deliver all items in accordance with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to the specified address in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. All customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes within the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire shall be the responsibility of the supplier as per the Incoterms 2020 agreement.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid commercial invoice and proof of delivery at the Orthodontist clinic in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
All orthodontic products must be new, unused, and within their manufacturer's shelf life. The Orthodontist practice will reject any items that are expired, damaged in transit, or do not match the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
The supplier warrants that all orthodontic brackets, wires, aligner materials, and instruments comply with ISO 13485 medical device standards and are approved for use in the West African region, including Ivory Coast.
In the event of partial delivery, the supplier must notify the Procurement Officer at the Abidjan facility within 48 hours and provide a revised delivery schedule. The Orthodontist's clinical schedule must not be disrupted by supply delays.
This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) days of the issue date. Any modifications to quantities, specifications, or delivery timelines must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
The supplier acknowledges that the end-user of all goods is a licensed Orthodontist operating a registered dental practice in Abidjan, and all items are for professional clinical use only and not for resale.
