Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Orthodontist Practice, Saudi Arabia Riyadh
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Advanced Orthodontic Center, a licensed Orthodontist practice operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- All orthodontic products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and carry valid CE or equivalent international medical device certifications prior to delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The supplier shall deliver all items to the designated Orthodontist clinic address in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection of all orthodontic materials by the Lead Orthodontist.
- All items must be in their original, unopened, tamper-evident packaging with a minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery to the Riyadh facility.
- The supplier warrants that all orthodontic brackets, wires, aligners, and bonding agents conform to the specifications agreed upon in the supplier's product catalog and are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until 15 July 2025. The supplier must confirm acceptance in writing (email or signed copy) within five (5) business days of issuance.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order, including changes to orthodontic item quantities, specifications, or delivery schedules within Saudi Arabia Riyadh, must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- The supplier is responsible for all customs clearance, import documentation, and SFDA registration filings required for the delivery of orthodontic medical devices into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
