This Purchase Order is issued by the International Humanitarian Medical Consortium (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") to procure the services of a qualified and certified Paramedic for deployment to the Afghanistan Kabul operational zone. The Paramedic shall provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care, trauma response, patient stabilization, and medical evacuation support within the designated operational area of Afghanistan Kabul.
The Paramedic engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate in direct coordination with the Central Medical Operations Facility located in Karza District, Afghanistan Kabul, and shall be available for a minimum continuous deployment period of twelve (12) months, subject to renewal as determined by the Buyer. The Paramedic must possess a valid Advanced Paramedic certification recognized by an internationally accredited medical authority and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of field experience in conflict-affected or high-risk environments.
All duties performed by the Paramedic under this Purchase Order shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Geneva Conventions, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and the operational security protocols established for the Afghanistan Kabul deployment zone. The Paramedic shall report directly to the Medical Operations Commander stationed in Afghanistan Kabul and shall adhere to all chain-of-command directives issued by the Buyer's field leadership.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the contracted Paramedic service provider. All terms herein are specific to the deployment of the Paramedic in Afghanistan Kabul and shall not be transferred or sub-contracted without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted monthly and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-AFG-KBL-2025-0047) and the specific line items rendered for the Paramedic's services in Afghanistan Kabul.
- The Paramedic shall maintain all required certifications, immunizations, and fitness-for-duty clearances throughout the duration of the deployment in Afghanistan Kabul. Failure to maintain these standards shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
- The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice in the event of a material change in the security situation in Afghanistan Kabul that renders continued Paramedic operations untenable.
- All medical records, patient data, and operational reports generated by the Paramedic during service in Afghanistan Kabul shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer and shall be handled in accordance with international data protection standards.

- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties.
