This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Health of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, to procure the services of certified Paramedic professionals for the emergency medical response network operating across the province. The Paramedic personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for providing advanced pre-hospital care, including but not limited to: advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), trauma management, airway management, intravenous therapy, medication administration, and patient stabilization and transport. All Paramedic staff must hold a valid national certification issued by the Ministry of Health of the Argentine Nation and be registered with the local health authority in Córdoba.

All Paramedic professionals engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following mandatory criteria established by the health authorities of Argentina Córdoba:
- Valid national Paramedic license issued by the Ministry of Health of the Argentine Republic, current and in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in pre-hospital emergency care within the Province of Córdoba or equivalent Argentine jurisdiction.
- Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) with no more than 24 months elapsed since last renewal.
- Completed training in trauma management, pediatric emergency care, and mass casualty incident response as per the protocols of the Córdoba emergency medical system.
- Clean criminal background check (Antecedentes Penales) and medical fitness certificate valid for the current year.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is considered an additional asset for international medical tourism response in Córdoba.
General Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Ministry of Health of Córdoba, Argentina, and the designated service provider for the procurement of Paramedic emergency medical services.
- The supplier shall ensure that all Paramedic personnel assigned to the Province of Córdoba comply with the labor regulations established by the Argentine National Labor Law (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo, Ley 20.744) and the specific provincial labor code of Córdoba.
- Payment shall be processed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via electronic bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th business day of each month for the preceding month's services.
- The supplier is responsible for maintaining all Paramedic certifications, continuing education credits, and professional registrations in good standing throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Service levels: Paramedic response times within the urban zones of Córdoba Capital shall not exceed 12 minutes from dispatch. Rural zones in the Province of Córdoba shall not exceed 30 minutes.
- Failure to meet the contractual Paramedic staffing levels for more than three (3) consecutive days shall result in a penalty of 2% of the monthly contract value per day of non-compliance.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Argentine Nation and the Province of Córdoba. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Córdoba Capital, Argentina.
- The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance covering all Paramedic personnel with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 per incident.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Ministry of Health of Córdoba shall pay for all Paramedic services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- All patient data handled by Paramedic personnel under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) and the specific health data regulations of the Province of Córdoba.
