The Paramedic services procured under this Purchase Order shall cover all local government areas within the Australia Melbourne metropolitan statistical area, including but not limited to the City of Melbourne, City of Yarra, City of Bayside, City of Port Phillip, City of Stonnington, and City of Whitehorse. The Paramedic team shall maintain a minimum operational readiness of 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with response times not exceeding 8 minutes for urban zones and 12 minutes for peri-urban zones within the Australia Melbourne service boundary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. All Paramedic personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a current, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and maintain a minimum of 500 documented clinical hours per annum within the Australia Melbourne service area.
  2. The Supplier shall ensure that every Paramedic assigned to this contract completes a mandatory induction program specific to the Australia Melbourne metropolitan emergency response protocols, including familiarity with local hospital triage systems, the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Alfred Hospital, and the Royal Children's Hospital.
  3. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) procedures.
  4. The Supplier warrants that all Paramedic services delivered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the National Ambulance Service Standards, the Victorian Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services Act 2012, and all applicable Australian Privacy Act 1988 obligations regarding patient health information.
  5. Payment shall be rendered within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-AUS-MEL-04782) and itemise all Paramedic service hours, equipment utilisation, and CPD activities.
  6. The Purchasing Entity reserves the right to audit the Supplier's Paramedic staffing records, clinical documentation, and equipment maintenance logs on a quarterly basis to ensure ongoing compliance with the standards stipulated in this Purchase Order.
  7. Early termination of this Purchase Order may be effected by either party with ninety (90) days' written notice, subject to the completion of any in-progress Paramedic patient care episodes and the settlement of all outstanding financial obligations.
  8. The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 for all Paramedic operations conducted within the Australia Melbourne region.
  9. All Paramedic equipment procured under this Purchase Order must meet Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) registration requirements and be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended intervals.
  10. The Supplier shall submit a monthly operational report to the Purchasing Entity detailing all Paramedic call-outs, response times, patient outcomes, and any adverse events occurring within the Australia Melbourne service zone.
