This Purchase Order authorises the procurement of certified Paramedic emergency medical services to be delivered across the entire Belgium Brussels metropolitan area. The Supplier shall provide a fully staffed, licensed, and insured Paramedic team capable of responding to all categories of medical emergencies, including but not limited to cardiac arrest, traumatic injury, respiratory failure, paediatric emergencies, and mass-casualty incidents within the Brussels-Capital Region.

Each Paramedic deployed under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Belgian Paramedic qualification (Diplôme de Paramédique) issued by an accredited institution in Belgium Brussels, maintain current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, and be registered with the Belgian Council for Paramedic Professions. The Supplier guarantees that no Paramedic shall be assigned to active duty without a valid professional licence and a clean criminal background check conducted in accordance with Belgian federal law.

5.1 Service Standards. The Supplier warrants that every Paramedic responding to an emergency call within the Belgium Brussels service area shall arrive at the scene within a maximum of eight (8) minutes for Zone A and twelve (12) minutes for Zone B, measured from the time of dispatch by the 112 emergency coordination centre.

5.2 Compliance. All Paramedic personnel and operational procedures shall comply with the Belgian Federal Law on Emergency Medical Assistance, the Brussels-Capital Region Public Health Code, and all applicable European Union regulations. The Supplier shall maintain full transparency in reporting to the Belgium Brussels Directorate of Public Health on a monthly basis.

5.3 Payment Terms. Invoices shall be submitted at the end of each calendar month. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated Belgian bank account. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Law of 2 August 1992 on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.

5.4 Termination. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of ninety (90) days. In the event of a material breach by the Supplier — including but not limited to the deployment of an unlicensed Paramedic or a failure to meet response-time standards for three consecutive months — the Buyer may terminate this Purchase Order immediately without penalty.

5.5 Data Protection. All patient data handled by Paramedic staff in the course of service delivery in Belgium Brussels shall be processed in strict accordance with the Belgian Data Protection Act (Law of 30 July 2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the provision of Paramedic emergency medical services in Belgium Brussels. This document constitutes a binding contractual agreement under Belgian law.

Legal Notice: This Purchase Order is governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order relating to Paramedic services in Belgium Brussels shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels (Tribunal de Commerce de Bruxelles / Rechtbank van Koophandel Brussel). The parties expressly waive any right to arbitration outside Belgian jurisdiction.
