This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Emergency Medical Services Co. The Paramedic shall be responsible for providing advanced pre-hospital emergency care, conducting patient assessments, administering emergency medications, performing airway management, and coordinating with hospital receiving departments across Kuwait Kuwait City. The Paramedic must hold a valid Kuwaiti Ministry of Health license, a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, and a minimum of five (5) years of documented field experience in emergency medical services within the State of Kuwait.

Summary of Charges

All amounts are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). The total Purchase Order value of KWD 3,060.75 represents the first-month commitment. Ongoing monthly Paramedic retainer fees of KWD 1,250.00 (plus applicable VAT) will be invoiced separately on the 1st of each calendar month for the duration of the contract term (24 months).

Terms and Conditions

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
2. The Paramedic engaged under this Purchase Order must comply with all regulations issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, the Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense Authority, and the Kuwaiti Civil Aviation Authority where applicable.
3. The vendor shall ensure that the Paramedic holds a valid residence permit (Iqama) and work authorization issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior prior to the commencement date of 01 August 2025.
4. All Paramedic services shall be rendered at the designated emergency response station in Kuwait Kuwait City, with a maximum response radius of 15 kilometers from the Al-Salimiyah District headquarters.
5. The vendor is responsible for the Paramedic's payroll, social insurance contributions (Kuwaiti Social Security Act), and any statutory deductions as required by Kuwaiti labor law.
6. Al-Nakheel Emergency Medical Services Co. W.L.L. reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of the Paramedic's failure to meet performance standards or compliance requirements.
7. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Kuwait Kuwait City. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-KW-00472) for processing.
8. All documentation, including the Paramedic's credentials, medical certificates, and insurance policies, must be submitted to the procurement office in Kuwait Kuwait City no later than 14 July 2025.
