This Purchase Order is issued by the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima to procure certified Paramedic emergency medical services for deployment across the city of Peru Lima. The selected supplier shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) fully licensed Paramedic professionals, each holding a valid certification issued by the Colegio de Médicos del Perú and the Ministry of Health (MINSA), to operate within the emergency response network of Peru Lima. The Paramedic personnel shall be responsible for pre-hospital emergency care, advanced life support (ALS), patient stabilization, and transport coordination in all high-density districts of Peru Lima, including Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco, La Molina, San Borja, and the Callao port zone.

- Compliance with Peruvian Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. All Paramedic personnel shall comply with the Peruvian Health Code (Código de Salud, D.S. N° 013-2017-SA) and the regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Salud (SUSALUD) applicable to emergency medical services in Peru Lima.
- Paramedic Qualifications: Each Paramedic assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a technical degree in Emergency Medical Services (Técnico en Emergencias Médicas) or a nursing license, with at least three (3) years of documented experience in pre-hospital care. All Paramedic certifications must be current and verifiable through the MINSA registry prior to deployment in Peru Lima.
- Service Standards in Peru Lima: The supplier guarantees a maximum response time of eight (8) minutes for Paramedic units to reach any incident location within the Peru Lima metropolitan area. Failure to meet this standard for more than three (3) consecutive incidents in a single month shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice approval by the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú.
- Insurance and Liability: The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering all Paramedic personnel at a minimum coverage of S/ 500,000 per incident. The supplier assumes full liability for any malpractice or negligence committed by its Paramedic staff while operating under this Purchase Order in Peru Lima.
- Confidentiality: All patient information handled by Paramedic personnel under this Purchase Order shall be protected in accordance with Peruvian data protection law (Ley N° 29733). Unauthorized disclosure of patient records within Peru Lima shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. The Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima reserves the right to terminate immediately for cause, including but not limited to repeated failure of Paramedic response standards, loss of required certifications, or violation of Peruvian labor and health regulations.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Paramedic emergency medical services in Peru Lima. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
