NOTE: All pharmaceutical items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the standards set by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Nigeria. The Pharmacist receiving the goods in Nigeria Abuja reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specified batch numbers, expiry dates, or quality parameters. Cold-chain items (Insulin Glargine) must be transported in validated temperature-controlled containers and must not exceed 8°C at any point during transit to the delivery address in Abuja, FCT.

Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

  1. This Purchase Order is issued by the undersigned Pharmacist, Pharm. Amina Yusuf Bello, acting as the authorized procurement officer for Abuja Pharmacy & Medical Supplies Ltd., located in Nigeria Abuja, FCT. The supplier acknowledges and accepts all terms stated herein upon signing.
  2. All pharmaceutical products must be NAFDAC-registered and must carry valid import permits where applicable. The Pharmacist will verify registration numbers upon receipt at the Abuja, Nigeria facility.
  3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of successful delivery and acceptance of goods by the Pharmacist. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
  4. Delivery must be completed no later than 29th June 2025 at the specified address in Garki District, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Pharmacist to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
  5. The supplier warrants that all items are free from defects, within their stated expiry dates, and stored under appropriate conditions prior to dispatch. Any pharmaceutical product found compromised upon inspection by the Pharmacist will be returned at the supplier's expense.
  6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
  7. The Pharmacist reserves the right to modify quantities by up to ten percent (10%) of the total order value without issuing a revised Purchase Order, provided written notice is given to the supplier at least three (3) business days before the delivery deadline.
  8. All intellectual property, product data, and proprietary information exchanged under this Purchase Order remain the property of their respective owners and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  9. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the listed pharmaceutical supplies and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
