This Purchase Order is issued by Harbour Creative Media Pty Ltd to engage the services of a professional Photographer, Mitchell Reeves Photography, for a comprehensive commercial photography engagement to be conducted in Australia Sydney. The Photographer shall deliver a full suite of branded imagery for the company's 2025–2026 marketing campaign, including corporate headshots, product photography, lifestyle editorial shots, and event coverage. All photographic work shall be performed within the greater Australia Sydney metropolitan area, with primary shooting locations at the company's headquarters on George Street and select outdoor locations along the Sydney Harbour foreshore. The Photographer is expected to bring all necessary professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies, a range of prime and zoom lenses, professional lighting kits, reflectors, and backup storage media. The Photographer must hold valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of AUD $20,000,000, as is standard practice for commercial photography engagements in Australia Sydney.

Delivery and Schedule
The Photographer shall commence work on 1 July 2025 and complete all on-site photography sessions by 30 September 2025. Final edited and retouched deliverables, in both JPEG (300 DPI) and TIFF formats, shall be delivered to the Buyer's designated project manager via secure cloud transfer within fourteen (14) business days of the final shooting date. All raw files shall be retained by the Photographer for a period of twelve (12) months in accordance with standard archival practice in Australia Sydney. The Photographer must provide a detailed shot list and mood board for Buyer approval at least seven (7) business days prior to each scheduled session.
Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Sydney.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% balance due within thirty (30) days of final delivery of all photographic assets. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Photographer's nominated Australian bank account.
- The Photographer grants the Buyer a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute all final images for commercial and editorial purposes. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio, subject to the Buyer's prior written approval for any confidential or sensitive content.
- The Photographer shall comply with all applicable Australian Privacy Act 1988 requirements when photographing identifiable individuals. Written model release forms must be obtained and provided to the Buyer for all staff and third-party subjects.
- Any changes to scope, schedule, or deliverables must be documented in a written variation to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The Photographer shall maintain professional conduct and adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations applicable in Australia Sydney, including but not limited to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots in Australia Sydney, shall entitle either party to reschedule affected sessions without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by the Photographer and remains valid until all obligations have been fulfilled or the expiry date stated above, whichever is earlier.
