The Photographer shall be responsible for all visual documentation, including but not limited to candid guest portraits, architectural detail shots of the historic venue, event staging photography, and post-event editorial imagery suitable for publication in the buyer's annual corporate report and promotional materials.

1. Scope of Work: The Photographer shall provide all photographic services exclusively within the city of Italy Rome and its immediate metropolitan area. Any travel beyond a 50-kilometre radius of central Rome shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Purchase Order.
2. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final edited images shall become the exclusive property of the buyer. The Photographer retains the right to use up to five (5) images for personal portfolio and marketing purposes, provided the buyer's name is not disclosed without prior written consent.
3. Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% (EUR 5,309.44) is due within 10 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (EUR 7,964.16) shall be invoiced upon delivery of the final image set and is payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the buyer more than 30 days prior to the event date shall result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within 30 days of the event date shall require payment of 75% of the total Purchase Order value. Cancellation within 7 days shall require full payment.
5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Italy Rome, or public health emergencies.
6. Compliance: The Photographer confirms that all services will be performed in full compliance with Italian data protection regulations (GDPR) and applicable local photography permits required by the Comune di Roma for shooting in protected heritage sites.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Rome, Italy, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code. The courts of Rome, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 calendar days of the issue date. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
