Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Savanna Media Group Ltd. and constitutes a formal request for photography services to be rendered by the Photographer, Daniel Mwangi Photography Studio, for the Annual Corporate Gala 2025 held in Kenya Nairobi.
- The Photographer shall arrive at the venue in Kenya Nairobi no later than 14:00 hours on 28 June 2025 to commence setup. All professional-grade camera equipment, lighting rigs, and backup storage media must be provided by the Photographer at no additional cost.
- Delivery of all edited digital images and the highlight video reel shall be completed within five (5) business days of the event. The printed photo albums shall be delivered to the Savanna Media Group office in Kenya Nairobi within ten (10) business days.
- Payment of the full amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Photographer, subject to satisfactory completion of all deliverables.
- The Photographer grants Savanna Media Group Ltd. full commercial usage rights to all images and video content produced during the engagement. The Photographer retains the right to use a maximum of five (5) images for personal portfolio purposes, subject to prior written approval.
- All services must comply with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, including but not limited to the Kenya Copyright Act (Cap 130) and the Kenya Revenue Authority tax regulations applicable in Kenya Nairobi.
- Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional services are rendered. Unapproved additional work will not be compensated under this Purchase Order.
- The Photographer shall carry valid professional indemnity insurance covering a minimum of KES 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Kenya Nairobi.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.
Notes and Special Instructions
The Photographer is advised that the gala will feature approximately 350 attendees, including senior executives, government dignitaries, and international partners. Discretion and professionalism are paramount. The Photographer must adhere to the venue's photography policy and coordinate with the event production team stationed at the Sarova Stanley Hotel in Kenya Nairobi. All raw image files must be backed up on-site and a copy delivered to the Corporate Communications team before the Photographer departs the venue.
