The Photographer retains the right to display work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment (KRW 2,252,800) shall be due within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (KRW 3,379,200) shall be due within thirty (30) days of final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables by the Buyer.
4. Equipment and Insurance: The Photographer shall provide all professional-grade camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and support gear necessary to complete the services. The Photographer shall maintain comprehensive equipment insurance and professional liability coverage valid throughout South Korea Seoul for the duration of this engagement.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Either party may cancel or reschedule a shoot date with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours written notice. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session value. 6. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final delivered images shall become the exclusive property of Hana Media Productions Co., Ltd. The Photographer grants a perpetual, irrevocable license for commercial use in all media, both print and digital, worldwide.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Seoul District Court, South Korea Seoul.
8. Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and unreleased content encountered during the performance of services in South Korea Seoul. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
