This Purchase Order is issued by Alpine Corporate Communications AG to formally engage the services of a professional Photographer for a comprehensive corporate photography project to be executed in Switzerland Zurich. The Photographer shall deliver high-resolution editorial and commercial imagery for the company's annual report, internal marketing materials, and digital media campaigns. All photographic work shall be conducted within the city of Switzerland Zurich and its immediate metropolitan area, including but not limited to the Old Town (Altstadt), the Limmat riverfront, the Zurich Opera House district, and the company's headquarters on Bahnhofstrasse.

The Photographer is expected to bring all necessary professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies, a selection of prime and zoom lenses (24mm, 50mm, 85mm, 70-200mm), professional lighting kits, reflectors, tripods, and backup storage media. The Photographer shall also be responsible for post-production editing, colour grading, and delivery of final assets in both print-ready (300 DPI, CMYK) and web-optimised (72 DPI, RGB) formats.

• Payment shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account specified by the Photographer.
• 50% advance payment (CHF 8,147.51) is due within 10 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• 50% balance (CHF 8,147.51) is due within 30 days of final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables.
• Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 5% per annum, in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) Article 104.
• All invoices must reference Purchase Order number PO-SZ-2025-0487.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with the canton of Switzerland Zurich as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising hereunder.
• The Photographer warrants that all delivered images are original works, free from third-party intellectual property claims, and that all necessary model releases and location permits for Switzerland Zurich have been obtained prior to shooting.
• The Photographer shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Switzerland Zurich.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination by the Buyer, the Photographer shall be compensated for all work completed and non-cancellable expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
• The Photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal operations of Alpine Corporate Communications AG observed during the engagement in Switzerland Zurich.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions affecting Switzerland Zurich, shall excuse delayed performance without penalty, provided the affected party notifies the other within 48 hours.
• All deliverables shall be transferred via encrypted cloud storage. The Photographer shall retain backup copies for a minimum of 12 months and shall destroy all raw files upon written request from the Buyer.
