Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Creative Media Group, C.A., operating in Venezuela Caracas, and constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Photographer, Carlos Andrés Villamizar.
- All photography services described herein shall be performed by the Photographer or their designated qualified assistant within the Venezuela Caracas metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Photographer shall deliver all final edited images in high-resolution digital format (minimum 300 DPI) within fifteen (15) business days of the final shooting session. Physical printed materials shall be delivered to the buyer’s office in Chacao, Venezuela Caracas, within twenty (20) business days.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Photographer. The applicable exchange rate shall be the official Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) rate on the date of invoicing, should payment be settled in Bolívares.
- The Photographer grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all images produced under this Purchase Order for commercial, editorial, and marketing purposes. The Photographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio.
- Any changes to scope, schedule, or location within Venezuela Caracas must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. Unauthorized changes may result in additional charges at the Photographer’s standard hourly rate of $95.00 USD.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to power outages, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in Venezuela Caracas), the Photographer shall notify the buyer within 24 hours, and the delivery timeline shall be extended accordingly.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Caracas.
- The Photographer shall maintain valid professional liability insurance and comply with all applicable Venezuelan labor and tax regulations for the duration of this engagement.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
