This Purchase Order is issued by Saigon Creative Media Co., Ltd. to Golden Lens Photography Studio for the engagement of a professional Photographer to provide comprehensive visual documentation services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Photographer shall be responsible for capturing high-resolution imagery for a corporate brand campaign, product photography sessions, and event coverage as detailed in the line items below. All services shall be performed within the administrative boundaries of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City unless otherwise specified in writing by the Buyer.

The Photographer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional photography license issued by the relevant authority in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, possess a minimum of five (5) years of commercial photography experience, and demonstrate proficiency in both studio and on-location shooting environments. The Photographer shall bring all necessary equipment, including but not limited to full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies, a selection of prime and zoom lenses, professional lighting kits, reflectors, and backup storage media.

All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of all equipment usage. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1 within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order.

5.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. The Photographer and all supporting crew members assigned to this engagement shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to local ordinances governing commercial photography in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

5.2. The Photographer shall deliver all final, edited, high-resolution image files in TIFF and JPEG formats via secure cloud transfer no later than five (5) business days following the completion of each shoot day. The Buyer shall retain full commercial usage rights to all images produced under this Purchase Order.

5.3. Cancellation or rescheduling of any shoot date must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Failure to do so shall result in a 50% fee for the affected day being charged to the Buyer.

5.4. The Photographer warrants that all equipment used is in proper working condition and that adequate insurance coverage is maintained for the duration of services rendered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

5.5. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for adjudication.

5.6. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Services not commenced within this period shall require a written amendment to this document.

The Buyer shall have a period of ten (10) business days from the date of final image delivery to inspect and accept the work. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing via email. In the event of non-conformity, the Photographer shall re-shoot or re-edit the affected images at no additional cost within five (5) business days of the Buyer's written notice.

This Purchase Order (SGC-2025-0742) was prepared and issued in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. It governs the engagement of a professional Photographer for commercial photography services. All parties acknowledge that this document is executed in the English language and is legally binding in accordance with Vietnamese commercial law.
