This Purchase Order is issued by the Nusantara Advanced Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to procure the professional services of a qualified Physicist (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the purpose of conducting advanced research, experimental design, and technical consultancy within the facilities located in Indonesia Jakarta. The engagement of this Physicist is critical to the Buyer's ongoing programme in quantum materials research and applied particle physics.

- Scope of Engagement: The Physicist shall perform all duties and responsibilities as outlined in this Purchase Order in accordance with the standards expected of a senior physicist in the fields of quantum mechanics, particle physics, and applied materials science. All work shall be conducted primarily at the NARI facility in Indonesia Jakarta unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Qualification Requirements: The Physicist must hold a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related discipline from a recognised university. The Physicist must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of post-doctoral research experience and a verifiable publication record in peer-reviewed international journals.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly instalments of IDR 116,087,500 (inclusive of PPN), due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. The first payment shall be due upon successful commencement of services in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Intellectual Property: All research findings, data, publications, and inventions arising from the work performed under this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Nusantara Advanced Research Institute. The Physicist agrees to assign all intellectual property rights in writing upon completion of each project milestone.
- Confidentiality: The Physicist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, experimental methods, and unpublished results encountered during the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
- Compliance with Indonesian Law: This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI).
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Physicist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and all materials and data shall be returned to the Buyer in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Health and Safety: The Physicist shall comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to research laboratories in Indonesia Jakarta, including those issued by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta.
This Purchase Order constitutes a formal request for the services described herein. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work set forth in this document. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue.
