This Purchase Order is issued by the Tehran Institute of Advanced Physics Research for the engagement of a qualified Physicist to provide specialized research, analytical, and advisory services within the city of Iran Tehran. The Physicist shall be responsible for leading a multi-year experimental physics program focused on condensed matter and quantum materials research. All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the TIAPR laboratory facilities located in Iran Tehran, and the Physicist shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding scientific research, data handling, and institutional conduct.

Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the TIAPR facilities in Iran Tehran. The Physicist is expected to be physically present at the Tehran laboratory no fewer than five (5) days per week during the contracted period.
Qualification Requirements: The Physicist must hold a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related field from an accredited institution. The Physicist must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of post-doctoral research experience in quantum or condensed matter physics.
Intellectual Property: All research findings, data, publications, and intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the sole property of the Tehran Institute of Advanced Physics Research. The Physicist shall not disclose proprietary information to any third party without written authorization from TIAPR management in Iran Tehran.
Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of the Physicist's submission of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-IR-THR-2025-04782) and be submitted to the TIAPR Finance Department in Tehran.
Compliance: The Physicist shall adhere to all laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including but not limited to the National Science, Research and Technology Policy, data protection statutes, and institutional safety protocols applicable in Iran Tehran.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Physicist shall deliver all work-in-progress materials and data to TIAPR within fourteen (14) days of the termination effective date.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining and Agriculture, seated in Tehran.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or public health emergencies affecting Iran Tehran.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Physicist in Iran Tehran. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
