Terms & Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued by MediCare Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the Supplier. All services and equipment listed herein shall be delivered to the Pakistan Karachi facility at Plot 47-B, Clifton Block 5, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order.
All Physiotherapist professionals engaged under this Purchase Order must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Physiotherapy Council and possess a current professional license. The Supplier shall provide copies of all credentials, certificates, and insurance documents prior to the commencement of services.
The Supplier guarantees that all Physiotherapist personnel assigned to this contract shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 50,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Pakistan Karachi.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the State Bank of Pakistan guidelines.
All medical equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of two (2) years. The Supplier shall provide on-site installation, calibration, and operator training for the Physiotherapist team at the Pakistan Karachi location at no additional cost.
The Supplier shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Sindh Health Department, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, and the Pakistan Physiotherapy Council. Any non-compliance discovered during the contract period shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid.
In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The language of arbitration shall be English.
The Supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Physiotherapist services or equipment supply without prior written consent from the Buyer. All personnel must be direct employees of the Supplier.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All communications related to this document shall be directed to the addresses specified in the header of this Purchase Order.
