- 1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Plumber, AquaFlow Plumbing Solutions. The Plumber must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of this document.
- 2. Service Standards: The Plumber shall perform all work to the highest professional standards in accordance with the regulations of the Israel Ministry of Health, the Israel Water Authority (MASHAV), and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality building and plumbing codes. All work must be carried out by a licensed Plumber holding a valid Israeli plumbing license.
- 3. Schedule: All services outlined in this Purchase Order must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. The Plumber shall provide a detailed work schedule within three (3) business days of accepting this order. Any delays must be communicated in writing to the Purchasing Entity at least 48 hours in advance.
- 4. Materials: All materials, fittings, and equipment supplied by the Plumber must be new, of premium quality, and compliant with Israeli national standards (SII). The Plumber shall provide material data sheets and manufacturer warranties for all installed components.
- 5. Insurance and Liability: The Plumber shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 ILS and workers’ compensation insurance throughout the duration of the work. The Plumber assumes full responsibility for any damage to property or injury to persons arising from the performance of services under this Purchase Order.
- 6. Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Plumber. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by AquaFlow Plumbing Solutions. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Israeli law.
- 7. Warranty: The Plumber provides a minimum two-year warranty on all labor and workmanship performed under this Purchase Order. Manufacturer warranties on all supplied materials and equipment shall be transferred to the Purchasing Entity upon completion of the work.
- 8. Permits and Compliance: The Plumber is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and inspections from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and any other relevant Israeli governmental authority prior to commencing work. All costs associated with permits are included in the pricing stated in this Purchase Order.
- 9. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchasing Entity shall pay the Plumber for all work satisfactorily completed up to the date of termination.
- 10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- 11. Confidentiality: The Plumber agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all property information, access details, and operational data encountered during the performance of services in Israel Tel Aviv.
