Total Purchase Order Value: NZD 176,505.00 (One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Five New Zealand Dollars)
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of New Zealand and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2025 and all applicable regulations within New Zealand Wellington.
- The Police Officer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid New Zealand Police Officer certification, a current medical clearance certificate, and a clean criminal record check issued by the New Zealand Police within the preceding twelve months.
- All services rendered by the Police Officer shall be conducted within the geographic boundaries of New Zealand Wellington, including the Hutt Valley, Porirua, and the greater Wellington metropolitan region, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Procuring Entity.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Police Officer complies with all New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety Act 2015 requirements, the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990, and the Privacy Act 2020 at all times during the contract period.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-WLG-2025-04871) and be submitted to the Wellington City Council Accounts Payable department, New Zealand Wellington.
- Early termination may be invoked by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, less any unutilised equipment costs.
- The Police Officer shall be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with New Zealand Wellington public safety protocols and the conditions of this Purchase Order.
- All intellectual property, operational data, and records generated during the course of this Purchase Order shall remain the sole property of the Wellington City Council, New Zealand Wellington.
The Police Officer shall commence duties no later than 01 August 2025 at the Wellington City Council Public Safety Division headquarters, 1 Civic Square, New Zealand Wellington. All equipment, uniforms, and vehicle allocations listed in Section 3 of this Purchase Order must be delivered and inspected no later than 28 July 2025. The Supplier shall provide a written confirmation of readiness at least five (5) business days prior to the commencement date.

- This Purchase Order supersedes all prior quotations, proposals, and verbal agreements between the parties regarding the engagement of a Police Officer for New Zealand Wellington public safety operations.
- The Police Officer shall report directly to the Wellington City Council Public Safety Division and shall adhere to all operational directives issued by the New Zealand Wellington regional command structure.
