Note: All items procured under this Purchase Order must bear the Sri Lanka Police insignia and comply with the specifications approved by the Colombo Police Headquarters. The Police Officer for whom these items are intended will be assigned to the Colombo 07 Division upon completion of the onboarding process. 5. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier must confirm acceptance in writing within seven (7) business days.
All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Colombo Police Headquarters, 111 Sir James Peiris Mawatha, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above.
The supplier warrants that all equipment, uniforms, and materials supplied under this Purchase Order are new, of genuine manufacture, and conform to the Sri Lanka Police Service standards for a Police Officer's operational kit.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and successful quality inspection by the designated officer at Sri Lanka Colombo Police Headquarters.
The supplier shall provide a minimum twelve-month warranty on all tactical and electronic equipment. Any defective items must be replaced at the supplier's cost within fourteen (14) days of notification.
All personal data related to the Police Officer for whom these items are procured shall be handled in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Sri Lanka and the internal confidentiality policies of the Department of Police, Sri Lanka Colombo.
In the event of non-delivery or non-conformance, the Department of Police, Sri Lanka Colombo, reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order and seek alternative procurement without penalty.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are for official use by a Police Officer of the Sri Lanka Police Service and shall not be resold, transferred, or used for any purpose other than that specified herein.
