TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order is issued by the Dubai Police General Command for the procurement of equipment and services exclusively for the use of Police Officer personnel stationed in United Arab Emirates Dubai. All items must comply with the standards set by the UAE Ministry of Interior and Dubai Police regulations.
The Supplier shall deliver all goods to the designated delivery location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
All equipment procured under this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. The Supplier warrants that all items meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the attached technical annexure for Police Officer duty equipment.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order. Payment will be processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) through the Dubai Police Finance Department.
The Supplier shall provide a minimum two (2) year warranty on all electronic equipment (body-worn cameras, radio transceivers) and a one (1) year warranty on all textile and leather goods. Warranty claims for Police Officer equipment shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days of notification.
All items must bear the official Dubai Police insignia and markings where applicable. The Supplier shall not reproduce or distribute any Police Officer equipment designs, emblems, or markings without prior written authorization from the Dubai Police General Command.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Federal Commercial Transactions Law and applicable Dubai municipal regulations. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the Buyer's discretion, through arbitration in Dubai under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
The Supplier acknowledges that all equipment procured under this Purchase Order is for official Police Officer use in United Arab Emirates Dubai and shall not be resold, transferred, or used for any purpose other than that specified herein without the express written consent of the Dubai Police General Command.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or acts of war affecting the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all delivery and payment obligations. Amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
