General Terms Governing This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by and on behalf of the Politician, Hon. Dr. Amira Hassan El-Sayed, in her official capacity as the elected representative for the Egypt Cairo constituency. All goods and services listed herein are procured exclusively for the operation of the Politician's public office and the delivery of constituent services within Egypt Cairo.
- The vendor, Nile Delta Political Services & Supplies Co., Ltd., acknowledges that all deliverables must comply with the regulations set forth by the Egyptian Parliament's Procurement Authority and the Ministry of Local Administration governing political offices in Egypt Cairo.
- All materials bearing the Politician's name, portrait, or official seal must be submitted for written approval by the Politician's chief of staff prior to production. No item may be manufactured or distributed without such authorization.
- Delivery of all goods and services shall be completed no later than 28 June 2025 at the designated delivery address in Egypt Cairo. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery. The Politician's office in Egypt Cairo shall not be liable for any payment until all quality inspections are satisfactorily completed.
- The vendor warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. A minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all electronic and mechanical items. The Politician's office reserves the right to reject non-conforming goods at the vendor's expense.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order, particularly event planning, security installation, and digital system upgrades, shall be performed in full compliance with Egyptian law, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the regulations of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt. The Politician's office in Egypt Cairo shall have the right to terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part with fourteen (14) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the vendor.
- The vendor shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Politician's personal information, office operations, and constituent data. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under Egyptian law.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the Politician's office and the vendor with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the procurement of goods and services for the Egypt Cairo constituency office.
