- Compliance: All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations established by the Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) and the local electoral authority of Mexico City, Mexico. The Politician’s campaign expenditures must be transparently recorded and reported in accordance with Mexican federal and local electoral law.
- Delivery: All physical items shall be delivered to the Politician’s campaign headquarters located in Mexico City, Mexico, at the address specified in Section 2. Delivery windows are 08:00 to 17:00 hours, Monday through Friday. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, handling, and insurance of goods until they are received and signed for by the Politician’s designated representative in Mexico City.
- Quality Assurance: All printed materials must be approved in writing by the Politician’s communications team prior to mass production. Any material that does not meet the approved specifications, including color accuracy, typography, and imagery of the Politician, shall be reprinted at the vendor’s sole expense.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor’s designated account in Mexico within thirty (30) calendar days of the Politician’s written acceptance of the final invoice. The Politician’s office in Mexico City reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that are defective, incomplete, or non-compliant with electoral regulations.
- Permits and Authorizations: The vendor shall obtain all necessary permits from the Mexico City local government (Gobierno de la Ciudad de México) for the installation of campaign banners, the operation of sound equipment in public spaces, and any other activities requiring municipal authorization. All permit costs are included in the unit prices stated above.
- Confidentiality: The vendor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician’s campaign strategy, voter data, internal communications, and any proprietary information shared during the execution of this Purchase Order. This obligation survives the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) years.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Mexico City, or changes in electoral law by the Mexican federal government.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mexico City, Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Ciudad de México. The governing law shall be the commercial law of the United Mexican States.
- Anti-Corruption: The vendor certifies that no part of the cost of goods or services under this Purchase Order has been or will be paid to any public official, Politician’s aide, or third party as a bribe, kickback, or improper payment in violation of Mexican anti-corruption statutes.
This Purchase Order is issued by the office of the Honorable Politician for the procurement of campaign materials, event services, and operational supplies necessary for the electoral campaign in Mexico City, Mexico. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, line items, and obligations set forth in this document.
