4.1 This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement regulations governing elected Politician offices in Myanmar Yangon and the broader Republic of the Union of Myanmar. All transactions shall comply with the Myanmar Public Procurement Law and applicable local ordinances.
4.2 The supplier shall deliver all goods and complete all services listed in Section 3 no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified in individual line items. Delivery and installation shall take place at the Politician's designated office premises in Yangon, Myanmar.
4.3 Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed acceptance of goods or services by the authorized representative of the Politician. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Myanmar.
4.4 All equipment and materials procured under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation or delivery. The Politician's office reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specified quality standards.
4.5 The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order pertains to the operational needs of an elected Politician serving the constituents of Myanmar Yangon. All services and goods shall be provided with the highest degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for the political office.
4.6 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with Myanmar commercial law. The jurisdiction of the Yangon District Court shall apply.
Important Note: This Purchase Order is a formal procurement instrument issued for the operational support of an elected Politician in Myanmar Yangon. All expenditures are subject to audit by the Yangon Regional Financial Oversight Committee. The Politician's office shall maintain complete records of all transactions referenced herein for a minimum period of five (5) years. No portion of the funds allocated under this Purchase Order may be redirected for personal use or non-official political activities outside the scope of the Politician's legislative mandate in Myanmar Yangon. 5.
