This Purchase Order is issued by the Université Hassan II, Faculty of Sciences, Casablanca, Morocco, for the formal engagement of Professor Dr. Youssef El Amrani to deliver academic and research services during the 2025–2026 academic year. The Professor shall provide the following services at the Casablanca campus and affiliated research laboratories:

- Payment Schedule: The total amount of 339,840.00 MAD (Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Moroccan Dirhams) shall be paid in four (4) equal quarterly installments of 84,960.00 MAD each, due on the 5th business day of October 2025, January 2026, April 2026, and July 2026 respectively.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the Professor's designated account at Bank of Africa (BMCE Bank), Casablanca branch, IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0312 3456 7890 123.
- Invoicing: The Professor shall submit a detailed invoice (facture) to the Procurement Office of the Université Hassan II, Casablanca, no later than the 25th of the preceding month for each quarterly payment.
- Tax Compliance: All payments are subject to Moroccan tax regulations as governed by the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI), Casablanca. The Professor is responsible for declaring and remitting applicable personal income tax (IR) in accordance with Moroccan fiscal law.
- Late Payment: In the event of delayed payment beyond the stipulated due date, a penalty of 1.5% per month shall be applied, in compliance with Moroccan commercial law.
- The Professor shall deliver all academic services with the highest standard of scholarly excellence, consistent with the academic mission of the Université Hassan II in Casablanca, Morocco.
- The Professor shall maintain regular attendance at the Faculty of Sciences campus in Maârif, Casablanca, and shall provide written notice no fewer than seven (7) days in advance for any absence or rescheduling of lectures.
- The Professor shall comply with all internal regulations of the university, including the Code de Conduite Académique and the research ethics guidelines established by the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation.
- The Professor shall ensure that all research outputs, publications, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order are co-attributed to the Université Hassan II, Casablanca, in accordance with Moroccan intellectual property law (Law No. 2-00).
- The Professor shall submit a comprehensive end-of-year report detailing all services rendered, student evaluations, and research progress to the Dean's Office in Casablanca by 30 July 2026.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days delivered to the other party at the addresses specified in Section 1. In the event of termination by the Purchasing Entity without cause, the Professor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination. In the event of termination due to the Professor's material breach of academic obligations, no further compensation shall be due. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with Moroccan civil and commercial law.
This Purchase Order is issued and authorised by the undersigned on behalf of the Université Hassan II, Faculty of Sciences, Casablanca, Morocco, and is accepted by the Professor as the service provider.
