This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Delta Infrastructure Development Co., headquartered in Egypt Alexandria, for the engagement of a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the ongoing coastal infrastructure rehabilitation programme in the Alexandria metropolitan area. The Project Manager shall be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the project, including but not limited to scope definition, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, budget control, and delivery of all milestones in accordance with the approved project charter. The Project Manager is expected to be physically present in Egypt Alexandria for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, with the primary office located at the company's Smouha District headquarters. All deliverables, progress reports, and documentation produced by the Project Manager must be submitted in both Arabic and English to comply with local regulatory requirements of the Alexandria Governorate and the Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes arising from the engagement of the Project Manager shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
2. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Egypt Alexandria. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Central Bank of Egypt.
3. The Project Manager must hold a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in infrastructure or construction project management, a PMP or PRINCE2 certification, and fluency in both Arabic and English. A valid Egyptian work permit or residency visa must be obtained prior to commencing duties in Egypt Alexandria.
4. The Project Manager shall submit weekly progress reports and monthly financial status reports to the Project Sponsor at Nile Delta Infrastructure Development Co. All reports must reference the specific project phase and location within Egypt Alexandria.
5. The supplier (Alexandria Professional Talent Solutions Ltd.) warrants that the Project Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall not be subject to any non-compete or conflict-of-interest restrictions that would impair performance in Egypt Alexandria.
6. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Project Manager shall complete all outstanding documentation and hand over all project artefacts to the issuing entity within fourteen (14) days.
7. All intellectual property, project documentation, and data generated by the Project Manager during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Nile Delta Infrastructure Development Co. and shall be stored at the Egypt Alexandria headquarters.
8. The supplier shall ensure full compliance with Egyptian labour law, social insurance regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws of the Alexandria Governorate throughout the duration of the engagement.
