2. Scope of Purchase – Project Manager ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by Ceylon Infrastructure & Development Pvt Ltd for the engagement of a qualified Project Manager to oversee the "Colombo Port City Mixed-Use Development Phase II" project. The Project Manager shall be physically based in Sri Lanka Colombo and shall report directly to the Project Management Office located at Galle Road, Colombo 03. The services described herein are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 5 of this Purchase Order.

The Project Manager shall commence duties no later than 01 July 2025 at the Ceylon Infrastructure & Development Pvt Ltd office located on Galle Road, Sri Lanka Colombo. The engagement period is twelve (12) months, extendable by mutual written agreement. All deliverables, reports, and correspondence related to this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the Project Management Office in Colombo 03, Sri Lanka, no later than the 5th business day of each month.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Ceylon Infrastructure & Development Pvt Ltd and Apex Project Management Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd for the provision of Project Manager services in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Project Manager shall hold a valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Sri Lanka or equivalent international markets.
- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice, via bank transfer to the supplier's account held at a licensed commercial bank in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Project Manager shall comply with all applicable Sri Lankan labor laws, the Building Control Act, and environmental regulations enforced by the Colombo Municipal Council and the Department of Environment, Sri Lanka.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Project Manager shall complete a full handover of all project documentation, schedules, and records to the buyer's office in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All intellectual property, project data, and confidential information generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Ceylon Infrastructure & Development Pvt Ltd. The Project Manager shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka, 1995.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of LKR 20,000,000 for the duration of the Project Manager's engagement.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
