• 4.3 – All services shall be performed at the clinic's facility in Colombia Bogotá or at the Psychiatrist's registered practice address, as mutually agreed upon for each patient session. Telepsychiatry sessions are permitted under the conditions set forth by the Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
• 4.4 – The Psychiatrist shall comply with all data protection regulations under Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombian Data Protection Law) and shall ensure the strict confidentiality of all patient records and clinical information.
